    　柯羅瑪指出，「總統艾奎諾三世已就此悲劇事件，將他的歉意和深切遺憾轉達給台灣人民，就媒體和菲律賓人民而言，我們可以協助恢復菲台雙邊的友誼。」
    　菲律賓國家調查局已開始徹查台灣漁船遭射擊事件，菲國將依據調查結果對涉事人員採取適當行動。

，未來西門町店面含金量只會更高。」西門町今年7月峨眉街一處透天店面成交，拆算地價，每坪1344萬元，站上北市的「透天王」寶座。這次成交的武昌街透天店面，鄰近捷運西門捷運站，一樓是日式化妝品牌，成交單價為每地坪1002萬元，擠入北市二高的透天厝店面。總計目前透天厝拆算土地單價前5名就有4間座落西門町。據了解，這次買家是板橋一家體育用品店業者，高價買店，主要是看準高租金搶進。台灣房屋智庫市場經理劉志雄指出，此透天厝離西門綜合商業大樓不遠，由於該大樓有不少平價旅店，許多自由行旅客搭乘捷運，由六號出口走過時，會經過這家店面。「穩定的店效加上長線的土地增值空間，顯示置產族看好西門町透天店面的潛力。」劉志雄表示，西門町店面特色是多為透天產品，其中峨眉街、西寧南路、漢中街、成都路為一線店面，屋主惜售，釋出量稀少。使的巷弄及昆明街、漢口街、武昌街二段等二線店面價格水漲船高。此次武昌街二段的店面高價成交，可預期未來隨著國際觀光客所帶來的人潮，未來西門町店面含金量只會更高。對於選後房市走向，太平洋房屋副總經理章克勤認為，選後，先前遞延的買氣將會出現，未來交易量可望回穩。住商不動產企研室主任徐佳馨持相同看法，「只要沒有重大政策利空或是天災，選後干擾因素會越來越小」。但信義房屋不動產企研室經理曾敬德表示，選後買氣狀況慢慢回籠，部分區域年前也可望出現一波交屋量，但全年度移轉狀況恐怕還會為近年新低。，

    　對此，台企聯發言人葉惠德受訪時表示，台企聯有義務為台商搭建進入自由貿易區的平台。未來可能與上海自貿區有關主管聯繫，與有興趣進入自貿區台商展開座談，在對彼此有利的狀況下進行對接。
    　昨日新華網也引述台灣神腦國際集團大陸總部副總經理林王鈐表示，該公司一直從事與大陸運營商合作開拓手機等數位產品的營銷渠道，自貿區服務業擴大開放措施中，有關「允許外資企業從事遊戲遊藝設備的生產和銷售」等條款對企業而言具有吸引力。震旦集團正積極瞭解自貿區內各項新政的進展。
    　相對於科技業者的積極，長期在上海經商及部份國銀業者則認為，上海自貿區有別於深圳，沒有具體在財稅、土地上給予優惠，而是在「管理制度」上尋求新的模式試點，有關配套細節都還未出爐，因此要靜待細則出爐。
    　業者強調，以人民幣利率自由化、資金自由進出的部分，定義是什麼？資金自由進出只限自貿區還是能夠輻射全大陸，又或者就直接是全球性的資金流動，這在所公布的項目中都還不清楚。
    　此外，部分遊戲業者、科技業者則說，雖然允許外企從事遊戲軟件的產銷，但是仍然要經過中國文化部審批，且網路仍然受到管控，是否有優先搶入的必要性，還要審慎考量。雖然有些台資企業很積極，但是多數台企都認為，進入上海自貿區「何時都不嫌晚」。
    　南開大學經濟學院教授曹小衡表示，上海自貿區畢竟是針對全球開放的政策性試驗區，台資科技、金融業若有興趣，要找對接辦法。，

，將「朵麗蝶蘭」與蝴蝶蘭合併以「蝴蝶蘭屬」申請品種權。
    　為協助台灣朵麗蝶蘭能在中國大陸獲得品種權保護，農委會今年4月在兩岸第2次植物品種權工作組會議中，提案要求大陸將蝴蝶蘭、朵麗蝶蘭皆以「蝴蝶蘭」受理申請品種權，以利與國際接軌。經雙方協商後獲致重大突破，即日起朵麗蝶蘭可以用蝴蝶蘭名義申請大陸品種權。
    　此外，為減少兩岸品種檢定技術落差，加速品種權審查，農委會表示，自2010年6月簽定海峽兩岸智慧財產權保護合作協議後，台灣育成的新品種可在大陸申請品種權，每年並透過兩岸植物品種保護研討會及工作組會議協商，協調解決雙方在品種權申請等遭遇的問題。但在執行面仍有待透過交流與協調，推動品種權審查及測試等合作，確保雙方品種權人權益。，

桃園：桃園37歲男子不滿陳姓人妻向他提分手，持2人歡愛的性愛影片恫嚇：「腳踏兩條船妳就要承擔這下場！」並向陳夫稱「你妻子很淫蕩、性需求很大」，陳女怒告恐嚇和妨害秘密，但檢方認為影片中陳女看鏡頭還面帶微笑，不構成妨害秘密，依恐嚇罪嫌將男子起訴，男子和陳女也因陳夫提告，雙雙被依妨害家庭起訴。(中國時報)

桃園：桃園37歲男子不滿陳姓人妻向他提分手，持2人歡愛的性愛影片恫嚇：「腳踏兩條船妳就要承擔這下場！」並向陳夫稱「你妻子很淫蕩、性需求很大」，陳女怒告恐嚇和妨害秘密，但檢方認為影片中陳女看鏡頭還面帶微笑，不構成妨害秘密，依恐嚇罪嫌將男子起訴，男子和陳女也因陳夫提告，雙雙被依妨害家庭起訴。(中國時報)

民進黨副祕書長洪耀福昨日與媒體茶敘時表示，民進黨不分區立委34席提名將「提滿」；提名權力也已取消黨主席指定1/3席次條款，整份名單由不分區提名委員會評估後，將在中執會以2/3高度共識決通過，但目前還沒有提名時程表。民進黨2016在國會的「過半」目標，由原本與第三勢力聯合達成脆弱過半，調整為靠自己的區域加上不分區「獨立過半」，甚至想衝破馬英九2008年達成、僅區域立委就穩定過半的「馬英九門檻」；但選務人士直言，「區域會好，不分區的政黨得票不一定好。」

    　員警表明身分進入房間盤查時，蔡姓少年與王男仍清醒，神色驚恐束手就擒，翁女及沈男則躺在床上叫不醒；事後警方才知道，翁女混和吸食Ｋ他命、一粒眠及神仙水，藥性猛烈令她不省人事，直到隔天中午才清醒做筆錄。
    　翁女坦承花八百元向蔡姓少年買神仙水，另查獲安非他命○點七公克、搖頭丸十三顆、一粒眠十一顆、Ｋ他命約七十公克等，但蔡姓少年否認販賣，辯稱自己吸食；警方表示雖曾抓過少年運毒，但像這次數量眾多還是頭一遭。
    　蔡姓少年供稱平時以油漆工為業，兼職販毒，警方訊後將四人送辦，並將神仙水送驗，若裡面含有二級毒品成分，蔡姓少年恐將面臨三至五年刑期。，

    　加快小城鎮基礎設施
    　報導說，城鎮化議題千絲萬縷，牽涉層面和動員部門極廣，但主要目的就在加快小城鎮基礎設施建設，推動符合條件的農業轉移人口在城鎮落戶並享有城鎮居民同等權益。
    　報導強調，城鎮化骨子裡蘊含龐大商機，可能是官方未來10年投資最力的項目之一，「為擴大內需的最大潛力所在」；資料顯示，大陸近10年平均10%的經濟成長中，僅城鎮化率便貢獻約3個百分點；城鎮化率每提高1個百分點，新增投資需求就有6.6兆元，帶動消費成長1012億元。
    　上海證券日前發布報告也顯示，大陸經濟未來透過推動城鎮化發展作為拉動成長引擎，城鎮化率每增加1個百分點，大概能帶來7兆元的市場需求。
    　擴內需 農民工市民化
    　中國改革發展研究院院長遲福林描繪的城鎮化圖像更清晰，指出未來10年大陸新增城鎮人口將達到4億左右，按低標來看，農民工市民化以人均10萬元的固定資產投資計算，就增加40兆的投資需求（大陸去年GDP總額近47兆）。
    　新一輪城鎮化是新領導要打的發展牌，專家觀察，現階段各地方政府無不「心領神會」，快馬加鞭大做文章。報導指出，雲南、貴州、新疆、廣西、安徽、山東等多個省分都大幅提高城鎮化速度，這些地區共同特徵是目前城鎮化比例偏低，換言之，「愈落後，投資力度也就愈大」。
    　不過，報導也提醒，官方城鎮化儘管喊得震天價響，但過去經驗卻不見得順遂；很多地方豎起城鎮化大旗，實則炒地皮搞土地財政，城鎮地區面積和人口增幅完全不成比例，預期將成為新一輪城鎮化的阻礙。
