    　諾基亞周三甫宣布將NSN事業定名為諾基亞解決方案與網路（Nokia Solutions and Networks）。NSN原為諾基亞與西門子的電信設備合資事業，由於未能找到買家，諾基亞近期斥資17億歐元（約23億美元）向西門子買回股權，使NSN成為諾基亞全資子公司。
    　消息人士指出，NSN考慮出售5億歐元債券，協助諾基亞籌措約9億歐元的股利發放。

，透過新的評量方式杜絕有心的學者再次造假論文，例如科技部將會使用相關系統，針對各校論文的引用量進行分析，若發現哪個學者發表論文多，但是引用人過度集中、不平均，將會通知該學者服務的學校先行了解。南韓文亨尹案也入例張善政指出，過去追求論文產量的學術大環境，讓不少學者走火入魔，盼能藉由這個事件後改善評鑑方式，讓學術研究能夠逐漸正常。昨最新出版的「自然」（Nature）專文探討論文同儕審查騙局議題以2012年南韓科學家文亨尹，以及去年屏大前副教授陳震遠的學術審查醜聞案為例，探究如何讓論文審查更加縝密。文中直指陳震遠案是最令人嘆為觀止，甚至教育部前部長蔣偉寧因此下台。偽造手法前所未聞該專文提到，去年5月英國學術出版社SAGE收到檢舉，為此案進行14個月調查，發現130個可疑的電子信箱，且有60篇論文涉及審查造假，最後查出陳震遠涉及偽造人頭帳號自行審查論文，手法前所未聞。最後，包括教育部前部長蔣偉寧掛名共同作者在內的60篇的論文，皆被撤銷，蔣偉寧也辭去教育部長。呼籲重視系統漏洞該專文認為，文亨尹案、陳震遠案均暴露論文審查系統安全性不夠，因許多出版社皆使用的「ScholarOne 自動送審系統」，只要一名學者被邀請審查論文，他即可收到一封包含登入資訊的註冊信，只要有心人士利用假的email帳號，無須身分確認即可進入系統中審查自己的論文，造成論文造假案。由於不少國際知名期刊皆利用ScholarOne系統，專文提醒學術界重視此問題。，

台南5家觀光工廠與富信大飯店首次異業結盟，即日起只要訂房就能擁有觀光工廠參觀體驗券，不僅能DIY體驗樂趣，還享有兩人成行、3000元有找的房價優惠，提供民眾來趟台南「深度‧享樂遊」，活動至10月31日止。經發局27日邀請5家觀光工廠業者，包括黑橋牌香腸博物館、瓜瓜園地瓜生態故事館、港香蘭綠色健康知識館、台南家具產業博物館、TJCOS台鉅美妝觀光工廠，及富信大飯店說明優惠內容，讓遊客可DIY又可省荷包。

飯店結合觀光工廠 住、玩都優惠

台南5家觀光工廠與富信大飯店首次異業結盟，即日起只要訂房就能擁有觀光工廠參觀體驗券，不僅能DIY體驗樂趣，還享有兩人成行、3000元有找的房價優惠，提供民眾來趟台南「深度‧享樂遊」，活動至10月31日止。經發局27日邀請5家觀光工廠業者，包括黑橋牌香腸博物館、瓜瓜園地瓜生態故事館、港香蘭綠色健康知識館、台南家具產業博物館、TJCOS台鉅美妝觀光工廠，及富信大飯店說明優惠內容，讓遊客可DIY又可省荷包。

即日起到10月31日前，遊客只要訂房即可到瓜瓜園體驗製作地瓜湯圓及蛋糕，或是到黑橋牌香腸博物館製作可愛的香腸娃娃，也可到港香蘭親身體驗中藥的製作流程，愛美的朋友也可到台鉅美妝，由專人教導各種彩妝技巧。遊玩1天後再回到飯店住宿，兩人同行只要2999元。台南已有21家觀光工廠，位居全台之冠，經發局協助業者異業結盟，讓遊客到觀光工廠體驗、學習新知識。經發局產業發展科科長顏惠結表示，為了10月下旬的台南到日本大阪的直航，後續會推出更多優惠活動。(中國時報)，

    　大陸國家新聞出版廣電總局日前發布《中國印刷業對外加工貿易發展報告》稱，去年，中國印刷業實現總產值9510.13億元（人民幣，下同），總體規模接近全球第2位；而中國印刷業去年對外加工貿易額為772.04億元，這些數據顯示，大陸已成為全球重要的印刷加工基地。
    　據了解，大陸長三角和珠三角已成為中國印刷業的兩極，包括雅昌、鶴山雅圖仕、上海金匯通等在內的一批企業，正透過為國際高端產品和出版龍頭提供配套服務，主動融入全球產業鏈，發展快速。精裝畫冊、兒童玩具書和電器包裝等高端印刷產品，是中國印刷企業承接外單的亮點。
    　王岩鑌說，去年中國數字（數位）印刷企業已有728家，數位印刷總產值為63億元，比上一年增長80%以上。不過，與歐美日等發達國家數位印刷已占整個印刷產業10%以上相比，中國數位印刷所占比重僅為0.66%，還有很大的發展潛力。
