，興達電廠辦理此案，發現疑涉遭圍標等影響採購公正行為，竟然繼續開標決標，沒有落實政府採購法規定。
    　另外，監委調查也發現，興達電廠辦理維修工程，只靠目測估計、拍照比對鋼架銹蝕情形，就簽辦編列新台幣1億2000萬元預算進行修繕，評估作業草率，涉嫌規避採購案須呈報上級核定的規定。
    　台電表示，因煙囪高達250公尺且結構複雜，施工風險極高，因此招標時訂定「具有完成125公尺（含）以上高架作業經驗…」廠商資格，以確保工程品質，並避免工安意外。
    　台電澄清指出，本案開標程序中，並未發現有顯著疑似圍標情形，因此依規定程序決標，事後經廠商檢舉疑似有圍標，經蒐證後已主動移送司法單位調查。
    　台電強調，興達電廠煙囪無安全上下設備及平台可供人員登上檢查，維護部門平時採地面目視巡檢及拍照。民國97年初就發現煙囪本體及支撐結構表面脫漆及銹蝕面積日趨嚴重，所需修繕經費經多方評估確認，並無刻意規避。1011120

真是醫療奇蹟！在八仙粉塵氣爆意外中，全身90％二到三度燒傷的呂意銘，經連日救治，前晚8時許順利拔管、已能自行呼吸，「這在醫療文獻上相當罕見」，讓中國附醫醫療團隊大為振奮！整形外科醫師李宗勳說，呂意銘肌肉力量也在持續恢復，雖仍不太能說話，但會揮手表達意思。20歲的呂意銘與其他6名好友到八仙樂園參加彩色派對，李宗勳說，呂意銘到院時全身只有穿泳褲地方沒燒到，還引發腔室症候群，當時血壓低且半休克，經手術清創及醫療團隊細心照料，28日晚即恢復意識，30日上午還能坐起來用手比畫。

呂意銘父親開心表示，當初兒子開完刀時，醫生曾解釋他可能要數日才清醒、甚至可能不會醒，情緒真的很低落，但每天看到兒子持續進步，很興奮，昨中午進入燒傷中心探視時，他已可以用「好」、「是」等簡單單字表達，下午開始接受水療，只是兒子仍很關心其他好友病況，家人不斷幫他加油打氣，要他「別想太多」。(中國時報)，

，傳染途徑主要是帶有狂犬病病毒狗咬傷另一隻狗或咬了人，病毒從傷口經由血液進入體內，或是透過口腔黏膜、鼻膜及眼睛感染，直接侵襲中樞神經系統。謝季芹指出狂犬病潛伏期二個星期，一般人如被狗狗咬傷、抓傷或是狗唾液噴到，須立即用清水與肥皂清洗傷口，並儘速就醫讓醫師診斷是否得到狂犬病。
　人畜共通 被咬須立即就醫
　如何預防狂犬病？謝季芹指出，除每年定期給狗狗接種狂犬病疫苗外，包括不非法走私狗、進口狗狗需通過檢疫、被狗咬傷須立即就醫、禁帶有感染病源的東西，如肉類上面含有狗的唾液等，都是預防的重點。
　新北市農業局傅瀅濱專員表示，狂犬病是人畜共通傳染病，可感染所有溫血動物，人死亡率達100％，除施打疫苗預防外並無特效藥可治療。傅瀅濱提醒飼主一定要讓狗狗接種狂犬病疫苗，而且每年固定時間施打疫苗，讓疾病感染降至最低。動物保護防疫處每年4月及10月是新北市全面狂犬病預防注射月，民眾可攜帶愛犬愛貓到轄內56家特約動物醫院施打狂犬病疫苗，費用由原來200元優惠價110元，愛狗的你務必要把握機會喔！，
