3年前林益世案爆發後，台北市議員林瑞圖、前立委邱毅在政論節目批評陳菊弟弟陳武進是「大咖國舅」、「地下市長」；高雄市長陳菊與環保局事後控告林、邱涉嫌誹謗、汙辱公署，高雄地檢署調查認為兩人的話只形容陳武進具有一定影響力，未說陳菊縱容，處分不起訴。2012年7月間TVBS「2100全民開講」、「新聞夜總會」等政論節目上，邱毅以「大咖國舅」評論陳菊胞弟陳武進在環保局扮演關鍵角色，林瑞圖說陳菊的弟弟被叫做「地下市長」；陳菊與高市府環保局認為兩人以不實言論攻擊，分別提告誹謗及汙辱公署。

3年前林益世案爆發後，台北市議員林瑞圖、前立委邱毅在政論節目批評陳菊弟弟陳武進是「大咖國舅」、「地下市長」；高雄市長陳菊與環保局事後控告林、邱涉嫌誹謗、汙辱公署，高雄地檢署調查認為兩人的話只形容陳武進具有一定影響力，未說陳菊縱容，處分不起訴。2012年7月間TVBS「2100全民開講」、「新聞夜總會」等政論節目上，邱毅以「大咖國舅」評論陳菊胞弟陳武進在環保局扮演關鍵角色，林瑞圖說陳菊的弟弟被叫做「地下市長」；陳菊與高市府環保局認為兩人以不實言論攻擊，分別提告誹謗及汙辱公署。

檢方認為，邱毅說陳武進是大咖國舅，無非是立委許智傑曾為爐渣業者，找上時任環保局長李穆生，意指許智傑靠山是陳武進；林瑞圖說陳武進是地下市長，也是指許曾透過陳與環保局溝通，是形容陳武進有一定影響力。雄檢指出，邱毅與林瑞圖雖在評論中提到陳菊名字，或講陳武進是地下市長，但並沒有指稱陳菊縱容弟弟所作所為。至於陳武進認為邱、林在林益世案期間，不斷指他涉入公共工程圍標，涉犯妨害名譽，法院已判決邱毅徒刑6月、林瑞圖5月確定，民事一審則判2人各賠償20萬元。(中國時報)，

    　台北市議員郭昭巖特前來致意，而萬華華江里長楊華中，則全程協助服務工作。
    　「那些年我們的歌-音樂坊」近2個小時的演唱共21首曲子，美聲歌后梁健唱了《香格里拉》、《加多一點點》；實力歌手常新愚演唱費玉清的拿手歌曲《原鄉人》、《回想曲》、《夢駝鈴》等多首曲子；有小鄧麗君美譽的劉家妏演唱《小城故事》、《夜來香》；資深藝人康雅嵐演唱《長藤掛銅鈴組曲》。
    　陳姓民眾表示，現在已經很少有機會一口氣聽到那麼多「當年」的懷舊老歌，昨日下午的2個小時，彷彿時光倒流，聽得很舒服。
    　中時旺旺媒體集團表示，103年將辦理10場「那些年我們的歌─音樂坊公益演唱」活動，預計5場在雙北市，另5場在其他縣市，全部免費，詳細的場次與地點都仍在規劃。，
