三民：32歲蔡姓男子連兩日跑趴累癱，20日晚上9時許車子違規停在三民區河北與南台路口的紅線上，保大特勤中隊巡邏發現，敲打玻璃叫醒熟睡中的他，車上查獲二級毒品搖頭丸咖啡包100小包，合計約899.8公克，依毒品罪送辦。

龍潭聖亭路近百年歷史的徐氏古厝「東海堂」，上月被提報申請為古蹟建物，2日桃園市政府文化局邀集專家學者現場勘驗，徐家後代子孫聚集抗議，堅決反對古厝改列古蹟。東海堂是龍潭徐氏宗親古厝，據後代子孫表示建成至今約有92年歷史，由徐氏3大房為公同共有人，1996年法院判決分割土地，目前包括正廳及兩側廂房都由不同後世子孫持有土地所有權。

龍潭聖亭路近百年歷史的徐氏古厝「東海堂」，上月被提報申請為古蹟建物，2日桃園市政府文化局邀集專家學者現場勘驗，徐家後代子孫聚集抗議，堅決反對古厝改列古蹟。東海堂是龍潭徐氏宗親古厝，據後代子孫表示建成至今約有92年歷史，由徐氏3大房為公同共有人，1996年法院判決分割土地，目前包括正廳及兩側廂房都由不同後世子孫持有土地所有權。

由於東海堂保有傳統客家瓦屋形式，後方還有「夯土牆」，前院則有風水池，上月被提報申請古蹟。提報人認為徐氏祖先過去曾多次在製茶比賽中奪冠，為了保存老屋及在地茶產業發展史，有必要保存為古蹟建物。不過昨市府文化局文化資產科與提報人到場會勘，卻遭徐家後代子孫抗議，反對把古宅列為古蹟。徐家子孫主張，老屋是否列為古蹟不能由他人擅自決定，且部分土地已經轉售，無法想像列為古蹟後所要償付的違約損失。文化局文資科指出，東海堂為「一堂三橫屋」，目前雖屋頂損壞嚴重，但徐家為地方望族仕紳，曾見證在地茶葉產業發展。對土地所有權人近全數表達反對之意，後續將彙整會勘委員意見，再通知土地所有權人結果。(中國時報)，

，加上在雜誌經銷商工作經驗，因合約關係，需定期將賣不掉的雜誌銷毀，感到心痛，心中種下「雜誌圖書館」的種子。館內設定不能出借，但可彈性帶到附近咖啡館閱讀，周筵川笑說：「因為大家借回家就會分心，甚至忘了還，既然我們打造了這麼好環境，就在這裡讀書吧！」Boven也招募設計公司、髮廊、咖啡館等企業會員，可每月租閱新雜誌。第4度創業，周筵川準備更充足，他謙虛唱名「感謝名單」，包括歷任老闆，以及在他籌備囤買雜誌的4年間，當時白鹿洞加盟店店長江文新與他合作，由他供應雜誌在店內出租，讓他增加收入同時有市調基礎。近日Boven開幕後不少客人上門告訴他，那批白鹿洞的雜誌滋養了他們許多年，還有一位客人拿自己在西班牙買到的絕版雜誌回贈給他，讓他感動：「原來我真的有幫助到人啊！」屋主房東陳鳳文、劉沁如母女，因認同他的理念，自掏腰包斥資600多萬邀請名設計師顧相璽打造Boven的迷人裝潢。「因為這些故事，我定位Boven不只是圖書館，而是一間精神餐廳，是分享經驗與交流的地方。」，
