外資上周對主要新興亞股由買轉賣，各主要國家均遭外資調節，其中，台股在全球電子需求疲弱、殖利率與匯率大幅波動、及中國紅色供應鏈來襲等不利因素影響下，為外資在亞洲新興國家中賣超幅度最大的，達9.17億美元，成為超級提款機。摩根亞太入息基金經理人羅傑瑞表示，南韓MERS疫情持續增溫，引發市場擔憂疫情恐擴大波及鄰近亞洲國家，加上本周美國即將召開FOMC會議，儘管市場普遍預期升息機率低，但仍期待聯準會主席葉倫會後發言，使得外資上周對主要亞股獲利了結，造成亞股近期表現震盪。

除了台灣以外，南韓賣超6億美元，印度則是賣超3.8億美元，3者位居外資賣超前3名，整體來說，新興亞洲上周下跌1.12％，也是3大新興市場唯一收低的地區。群益馬拉松基金經理人陳建宗指出，外資對台股賣超不停歇，上周再度調節，也讓外資對台股今年來的買超低於2000億元，合計為1827億元。外資賣超頻頻，但台新中國通基金經理人施昶成分析，短線基本面能見度不高，第2季、第3季將會持續盤整蓄積能量，等待第4季反攻，投資人可於6、7月逢回布局，並於第4季等待收割。施昶成強調，近期股東會密集召開，半導體龍頭於股東會釋放利多，表示看好下半年景氣優於上半年表現，加上推估聯準會今年升息的幅度僅約1至2碼，市場影響性將趨緩，近期公布的中國經濟數字已有回溫跡象，加上下半年進入總統大選前幾個月，金融等相關政策可望偏多看待，故樂觀看待第4季台股表現。(中國時報)，
