    　桃園地院認為，黃視人命如草芥，手法凶殘，泯滅人性，有與社會永久隔絕之必要，將他判處死刑。但高院審酌黃男曾當庭痛哭懺悔，認為他有悔意，再加上死者家屬未堅持將黃判死，1日依強盜殺人罪將黃判處無期徒刑，全案可上訴。，

「我做到了！」8位嘉義家扶中心高一生攻上合歡山北峰彈烏克麗麗，成功挑戰自我！家扶去年7月推出第1屆少年展力方案，成員自行討論，以登山、音樂做學習媒材，「展力一班」19日結業式，成員彈奏民歌組曲並感性分享一年來的收穫。原本互不相識的8人，互相鼓勵、陪伴，經歷重重挑戰，變得更成熟、穩重、更瞭解自己，他們學習登山知識與技巧、鍛鍊體能，腳綁鉛塊、背2包米，負重13公斤爬樓梯、登獨立山、大棟山，走蘭潭與仁義潭21公里，腳踝都給軍靴磨破了皮。

6月初挑戰人生第1座百岳，4小時攻頂、合奏烏克麗麗，成員4個月來利用假日、晚間練琴，昨呈現7堂課的成果，表演「我的一顆心」、「讓我們看雲去」、「終結孤單」，與台下師長大合唱，以搖滾天團五月天的「垃圾車」收尾。演奏結束後，成員將社工員蔡聖鴻、家扶中心主任沈明彥拉上台，致贈大卡片並感謝老師教會他們獨立、負責任。成員起初欲組搖滾樂團，設「一曲搖滾上玉山」為目標，但想到要背6個鼓、電子琴、電吉他等樂器上山便作罷，改學烏克麗麗，無奈又因住宿抽籤問題，改成合歡山。(中國時報)，

    　沒想到「天下」又死灰復燃！改名「新樂園」再經營。台中地檢署指揮台中市調處、市警局督察室等，經過半年多的監控，昨日同步查緝台中市十四個地下簽賭網站據點；傳喚三名嫌疑人、拘提十四名賭客到案，並查扣相關帳冊、電腦及現金卅萬元。
    　檢調也迅速凍結七個疑似簽賭用帳戶，查出集團給最大組頭的投注額達兩億元，大組頭再依各代理商信用程度，提供不同下注額度，該支大組頭自二月一日到四月八日，累計投注金額就達到二億三千餘萬元，以簽賭職棒比率最高。
    　原市警局四分局春社派出所離職員警謝育堯，涉嫌擔任簽賭站代理商，還找現職三分局偵查佐顧高禎當下線，採用老鼠會經營模式，只要「找咖來簽賭」，就給予一定成數的獎金。 台中市警局督察室指出，全案依法辦理，若查獲員警違紀事實，將會嚴懲。，

，尤其屏東冬天太陽讓彩椒更鮮豔，里港種植面積有廿多公頃，每年十一月到五月是產季。
    　他表示，透過縣府協助，兩年前開始外銷，去年外銷新加坡還配合縣府到當地舉辦促銷活動，跟苦瓜一起上架，一紅一白非常搶眼造成購買熱潮。
    　他自己有六分地彩椒田，本來青椒期就可收成，但五年前接觸外銷，國外市場偏愛紅色系，青椒適合炒、煮等，彩椒經農藥殘留檢驗合格，不論生食或沙拉均很健康。
    　陳榮挺指出，國人常吃綠色青椒，青椒是彩色甜椒的幼果期，成熟一點會轉色成彩色，有紅、黃、橙、紫等顏色，但品種不同，他選擇適合長途運輸的大果型。
    　他說，彩椒要用網室栽種，避免下雨潮濕造成果實及葉片及根腐爛，目前拍賣價每公斤約五十元，預估價格逐漸攀升到農曆年前，去年最高價每公斤二五○元。他準備建立品牌並加強包裝，讓品質更穩定，二級品將供應截切廠商提供超市生鮮食用，這項作物極具潛力。，

有鑑於八仙樂園塵爆事件造成重大傷亡，基隆市長林右昌（見圖，曾百村攝）昨日宣布，未來在基隆市要舉辦單日遊客會超過萬人的大型活動時，事前必須提出安全計畫書，並交由消防局審查；活動當天派消防人員進駐待命，全力遏止類似災情再度發生。林右昌指出，近來台灣發生多起公共安全意外，肇因於主辦單位都只著眼於把活動辦好，卻忽視安全細節而釀成意外。他認為，要舉辦大型活動，應該要先做好最佳的災害預防措施。

除要擬定活動安全計畫，並將請消防局依檢覈表落實查核；活動當天，則需有安全小組待命，掌握活動現場狀況。林右昌要求，往後基隆市舉辦任何大型活動，只要預估每日遊客數會超過1萬人，主辦單位就必須擬定安全計畫書，詳細羅列現場緊急避難設施、滅火設施、緊急救護人員等資料，交由基隆市消防局審查。林右昌表示，市府也會召開安全維護專案會議，由消防局提供主辦單位安全專業知識；期間若出現安全疑慮，就由消防局衡量是否縮小或直接取消活動。林右昌更指示，活動當天，現場也會指派1名消防局單擔任安全指揮官，負責現場觀察並成立安全小組，確保意外發生時能緊急應變。(中國時報)，
