曼妙女賣鳳梨酥，裏頭裝的居然是安非他命！基隆市刑大1日破獲毒鴛鴦販毒案，起出安非他命、海洛因及槍枝子彈等，兩人買了鳳梨酥小袋，將毒品塞入之企圖掩人耳目，仍遭警方查獲，警方諷刺，如果兩人將腦筋用在正途，可能獲頒「創業楷模」。主嫌黃念祖（40歲、毒品前科）、陳欣妤（30歲、毒品前科）兩人關係為情侶，都有毒癮，也向上游拿安非他命至外頭兜售，為了避免警方查緝，購入好幾打的鳳梨酥外包裝，將安非他命混合冰糖放置其中，四處向下遊販售，有「毒友」購毒時還笑稱「這是我買過最貴的鳳梨酥」。

鳳梨酥藏安非他命 販毒鴛鴦被逮

曼妙女賣鳳梨酥，裏頭裝的居然是安非他命！基隆市刑大1日破獲毒鴛鴦販毒案，起出安非他命、海洛因及槍枝子彈等，兩人買了鳳梨酥小袋，將毒品塞入之企圖掩人耳目，仍遭警方查獲，警方諷刺，如果兩人將腦筋用在正途，可能獲頒「創業楷模」。主嫌黃念祖（40歲、毒品前科）、陳欣妤（30歲、毒品前科）兩人關係為情侶，都有毒癮，也向上游拿安非他命至外頭兜售，為了避免警方查緝，購入好幾打的鳳梨酥外包裝，將安非他命混合冰糖放置其中，四處向下遊販售，有「毒友」購毒時還笑稱「這是我買過最貴的鳳梨酥」。

基隆市刑大偵二隊警方早已接獲線報，昨見時機成熟，趁著清晨將這對毒鴛鴦逮捕，並當場起出安非他命453克、海洛因7公克、1把改造手槍及販毒所得43萬元。兩人坦承從今年2月初開始「賣鳳梨酥」，單月可獲利50萬元，至今已賺了250萬元。警訊後依違反毒品、槍砲彈藥等罪，將兩人移送士林地檢署偵辦中。(中國時報)，

教育人員退休改革 中小學幼兒園教師採85制

    在請領條件上，江宜樺表示，教育人員適用90制；不過幼兒園和國中小教師則因對體能要求較高，因此將採取85制。江宜樺說：『幼兒園以及國中小教師，因為教學對象需要比較大的精力來應付，因此我們會採85制，也就是任職30年以上，年滿55歲為起支年齡。』
    根據行政院的試算，中小學教師的退休時薪額625元，適用舊制者，所得替代率維持87.9%不變，95年2月退休者，在改革後第五年，所得替代率降為81.19%，在職者如果在105年2月退休，替代率只剩下72.18%。如果以大專教師為例，任職30年，退休時薪770元，現職待遇為10萬7525元；舊制維持所得替代率67.54%，95年2月退休適用新制，所得替代率將從現行83.91%調降為71.14%，如果105年2月以後退休，替代率將下滑到66.79%。
