龜山某公寓5樓人去樓空已久，但近來冷氣卻連續開啟月餘，滴落陽台的冷氣水沿牆滲漏3、4樓，苦不堪言的鄰居聯絡不上屋主，又擔心冷氣連續運轉引發火警，議員林俐玲獲陳情後請報警、消幫忙。由於屋內冷氣開啟月餘，警消擔心有人傷亡，趕緊破窗進入卻發現空無一人，且屋內積滿厚重灰塵，應是長期無人居住，只好先關閉冷氣，持續連絡屋主了解狀況。

林俐玲表示，昨會同警、消及環保局等單會勘，礙於法令，各單位無權強制破門進屋，若等待法院單位許可的時效則為時已晚。但警消擔心空屋冷氣開啟月餘，恐有人員在其中，或是冷氣運轉過久會發生危害，只好破窗進入屋內。住戶抱怨說，冷氣運轉近2個月，冷氣水從5樓地板、牆壁滲漏到3、4樓，天花板幾乎都被泡爛，但遲遲聯絡不上屋主，實在苦不堪言。住戶表示，5樓屋主搬遷已久，最近也沒看過他回來，也都連絡不到人，不知道冷氣怎麼會自轉月餘，也不排除是屋主曾回來收信，開了冷氣後卻忘記關。另外，屋內也發現有處破洞，也可能遭侵入後開冷氣。一切只能等到連絡上屋主才能釐清。，

北韓官方媒體7日宣布，為紀念擺脫日本帝國殖民統治70周年，將從8月15日起「脫離」日本時區，採用「平壤時間」，把時鐘撥慢半小時，改掉當年遭「邪惡的」日本帝國主義者強迫訂定、沿用超過百年的時間標準。北韓目前和日本、南韓隸屬同一個國際時區，比格林威治標準時間（GMT）早9小時。調整後，北韓時區將改為GMT+8:30，較日、韓晚30分鐘，比台北時間快30分鐘。

日本占領朝鮮半島前，當地標準時間就是比GMT早8.5小時，但1910年成為日本殖民地後，被迫改為日本時間，直到1945年。北韓官媒朝中社報導，「邪惡的日本帝國主義者殘忍踐踏我們的國土，推行民族壓迫政策，剝奪我們的標準時間」、「這是不容饒恕的罪行」。北韓最高人民會議常任委員會已於8月5日頒布政令，從15日起使用平壤時間，朝中社指出，8月15日是北韓擺脫悲慘命運的日子，具重大歷史意義；而這項命令反映出「朝鮮慶祝重獲自由70周年之際，勞動人民與大眾堅定不移的信念與意志」。位在南韓首都首爾的「北韓研究大學」教授楊武仁（音）表示，更動時區顯然是北韓最高領導人金正恩，為了激發反日民族主義祭出的手段。南韓統一部官員則認為，北韓此舉短期來看，恐會在兩韓合作營運的開城工業園區引發不便。目前並無任何國際機構審理改變時區等事宜，多半由各國自行定奪。薩摩亞在2011年決定把時區轉換至國際換日線另一端，也就是晚整整一天，以更方便與貿易夥伴紐西蘭、澳洲接軌。北韓也不是頭一個創造專用時區的國家，委內瑞拉已故總統查維茲在2007年下令把時鐘轉慢半小時，希望人民可以「享受到更多陽光」。(中國時報)，

    　據透露，聯合國安理會這場祕密會議進行了約75分鐘，會議結束後，強烈反對出兵的俄羅斯與中國大使提前離去，考慮採取軍事行動的美國、英國與法國大使則留下來磋商，但會後也未發表評論，顯示對敘利亞採取軍事行動，因聯合國安理會未達成共識，將延後軍事行動。
    　28日美國總統歐巴馬接受公共電視新聞專訪指出，敘利亞上周發動化武攻擊，將面臨「國際制裁」。但他明白表示，軍事行動是有限度的，避免美國捲入另一場中東戰爭。
    　媒體分析，雖然美國與同盟還沒宣布攻打敘利亞，但現在考量的不是「打不打」，而是「何時打」。
    　新華社報導，王毅28日回應敘利亞局勢時指出，中方高度關注敘利亞局勢的最新發展，並堅決反對任何人在敘利亞使用化學武器，支持聯合國調查小組開展獨立、客觀、公正、專業的調查。當前應避免對調查工作造成干擾，也應避免預斷調查結果。
    　陸否認敘國用陸製飛彈
    　另針對外媒報導，敘利亞反抗軍用中國製飛彈擊落政府軍戰機。大陸國防部發言人楊宇軍29日鄭重否認，並斥責有關報導是挑撥大陸與相關國家的關係，「是別有用心的」。

彰化：洪姓男子將刮刮樂彩券放進「娃娃機」供人試運氣，被依賭博罪起訴！法院審理時，檢察官發覺該「娃娃機」投入足夠金額也能取得彩券，應認定是以標價購物，不等同賭博，27日做出罕見的撤回起訴決定。
