，我們換人做就好」。想說明 傳電子檔就好柯文哲昨早出席市政會議後記者會，針對遠雄登報喊冤，柯表示，若是趙藤雄要向他說明，直接給他看電子檔就好，但若要爭取輿論支持，他沒意見。柯坦言，大巨蛋有很多問題，但「該善後的還是要善後」，希望大巨蛋蓋好要能用，也不會對周邊交通產生太大影響，才是此刻真正要解決的問題。當媒體追問遠雄將當時與建築師的糾紛搬上檯面，還自認賠了很多錢時，柯文哲說，媽媽小時候曾告誡他「相罵沒好話」，吵架時都沒有什麼好話，「他（趙藤雄）若覺得做這個虧錢、很委屈，那就不要做，我們換人做就好」。別狡辯 修約老是在拖柯文哲傍晚接受廣播專訪時也提及，他看過北市府會議紀錄，2011年遠雄曾答應要修約，下次就是開會就是去年與今年，顯示很多約談一談就沒有下文，批遠雄「不要狡辯」；他也再度提及大巨蛋交通疏散安危問題，直指大巨蛋「蓋在哪裡，是剉得等」，希望未來能永續經營，拜託專案處理。針對重新議約爭議，副市長鄧家基說，監察院提出39項的糾正，法務局整理出24項，大部分都是修正原公告合約的條文，重啟議約的基礎就是將其納入修約內容。鄧說，現階段不會針對權利金等做個別釐清，是以條文中明顯不公平的部分為洽談重點，例如商業設施盈餘，應該要可以彌補體育設施的虧損，籲遠雄不要「以拖待變」。他強調，在重啟議約前提下，市長才答應遠雄4項工程協助事項。工期延 該罰的一定罰鄧表示，這周靜觀其變，讓遠雄充分思考，市府對遠雄的溝通管道24小時暢通，遠雄若準備好，趙藤雄隨時來電，可以馬上召開會議，但這2天沒有接到遠雄的回應。針對工期延宕，鄧家基說，該罰的一定依法處理，現在遠雄又以出土量限制、夜間施工等，再申請工期展延350天，但是最後工程展延申請的天數為何，將委託籌備處進行估算核定，會有公平的結果，理由原因也都會公諸社會。松菸護樹志工團等團體昨指出，監察院提出39項糾正案於法有據，且大巨蛋主體工程延宕，與延遲交地及護樹行動毫無關聯，批遠雄拿不相干的事情來合理化違約事實，護樹團體今早也將出席大巨蛋都審、建照案開庭準備程序庭表達意見。趙藤雄：該做的還是要做，

龍應台悔接部長 江揆：回歸初衷

    　江揆隨後整理出自己的「武功心法」，包括從研考會到內政部的經驗與心得，重點就是站在第一線與民眾接觸、了解民眾需求，並強調這不只針對個人，而是給所有同仁打氣。
    　江揆說，他擔任內政部長某次訪視老人之家，有老人家坐在輪椅上緊緊握著他的手，彷彿擔心從此不會有其他人再來探視，「我當時深受感動，眼眶都濕了，心情久久無法平復」。
    　「只要工作遭遇挫折時，常回想這個情景，讓我覺得平常的辛勞都不算什麼！」江揆如此強調。相關人士也說，江揆的意思就是要內閣首長多了解民眾的需求，從從中找到熱情與動力，這就是從政的初衷。
    　此外，江揆也希望所有閣員都能在工作崗位上堅持下去，例如部會首長間可以互相傳簡訊、打電話，彼此打氣，甚至見面時的一個微笑，都可發揮很大的鼓舞作用。
    　不過，江宜樺談完武功心法後，閣員則是一片靜默，倦勤風波的主角本人、龍應台也沒有搭腔，然後江揆就宣布散會。
    　相關人士也說，這次應該是立院答詢的小插曲，研判龍本人不至於堅決去職。，

台東：綠島衛生所因老舊暫借綠島國小校舍克難使用，在衛生福利部補助將斥資3600萬元新建，但是廠商意願低，已經9次流標，年底前如果無法發包，經費可能被中央收回，台東縣衛生局祭出單價上拉、工期延長等措施，希望提高廠商投標意願。

推法治中國 法院、檢察院垂直管理

，三中全會《決定》要求改革司法管理體制，

    　紀檢工作雙重領導體制也進一步具體化、程序化、制度化，《決定》強化上級紀委對下級紀委的領導，未來查辦腐敗案件，以上級紀委領導為主，線索處置和案件查辦在向同級黨委報告的同時，必須向上級紀委報告。
