簡嫚書日前為代言的礦泉水拍廣告,露出難得一見的4塊肌小蠻腰。她從去年下半年開始接觸瑜伽,整個人就像著了迷般練上癮,工作以外經常去上瑜伽課,也和身邊的工作夥伴分享瑜伽經。自從開始接觸瑜伽,她也注意飲食,終於變身成少脂肪的健美體態,她準備10月發行旅遊寫真書,秀出她在豔陽下曬成巧克力色的皮膚。(中國時報)
